How the connection works — and stays safe

You set it up once, on your terms, and you can pull the plug any time. Nothing about it is open-ended.

  1. An owner or manager authorizes it

    You connect your AI assistant to BarkWhiz through a secure OAuth authorization — the same kind of consent flow you already trust for signing into other tools. No passwords handed around.

  2. You pick exactly one facility

    During setup you explicitly choose a single BarkWhiz facility for the connection. The assistant can reach that facility and nothing else — there's no unlocking your whole account by accident.

  3. Access is scoped to what you approved

    The assistant can use only the approved facility and the approved capabilities. BarkWhiz verifies the identity, permissions, facility, and application behind every request before it answers.

  4. You can revoke it whenever

    Change your mind, or finish a project? Revoke the connection and the assistant's access ends. You stay in control of your data and your actions, start to finish.

The assistant can read current operational information and produce drafts, but it does not modify bookings, complete tasks, upload vaccine records, send customer messages, or take any other irreversible action automatically. When it drafts a customer reminder, a person on your team reviews and sends it — the same rule we hold everywhere in BarkWhiz.
